“Casper always took a keen interest in technical theatre, taking part in numerous school productions and opting to develop his understanding of theatre design by taking GCSE Drama. Casper became an integral member of our student theatre crew, assisting in more than a dozen performances. He was proficient in both sound and lighting design and operation, taking on numerous responsibilities, such as plotting light cues and operating head mics.

Casper’s knowledge of computing and electrical appliances is excellent, but his most outstanding attribute is problem solving. On many occasions, Casper has found answers to difficult technical situations, and he is excellent at working under pressure.
